Intercarry Founder Sarah initially gained experience as a freelance On Board Courier, serving time-critical courier services to the Time Critical market. This forged initial relationships with well renowned Freight Forwarders, Shippers and Time-Critical Logistics Brokers.
Following Brexit, Sarah re-trained in Customs Compliance, eventually saying goodbye to worldwide flying and evolving Intercarry into the provision of expert Customs Clearance solutions to the time-critical industry. Intercarry is now well equipped to offer the fastest UK customs clearance solutions for all aspects of ‘Time Critical’ movements.
Due to BREXIT and the complexities of the new challenges for export and import within the UK, a largescale investment was made into the training and development of the UK Customs Clearance services, keeping the focus fully up to date with UK Customs regulations. Sarah’s passion arose from a background in freelancing as an On Board Courier for time-critical shipments, spanning back to 2012. Sarah knows the time-critical industry inside-out and has a passion for going the extra mile with each of her clients. Sarah re-trained in 2020 as a Customs Clearance Intermediary, focussing on building a “niche boutique” VIP Customs service; where her clients could rely on Intercarry to provide a VIP Customs Clearance service and a highly personalised experience. Thus Intercarry was born!

Jo’s Accountancy skills have developed over numerous years – she simply dreams of numbers! Jo is also very passionate and involved with Intercarry’s ‘business, decision-making’. Through meticulous planning, Jo, played an integral part in the growth stages of the customs clearance division – enabling the generation of funding, required to launch, grow and most importantly, ‘survive’, in the most challenging period for the UK economy, in decades. Emma has supported Intercarry in an Administrative role, since 2021.
