Merchandise in Baggage (MIB) clearance is a type of customs clearance where commercial goods or goods exeeding a personal allowance are carried inside ‘passenger-accompanied baggage’. This is also referred to as a ‘hand carry’ or ‘On Board Courier’ (OBC).
